Experience
Amy E. Garber, an associate in Ober|Kaler's Litigation Group, handles general and commercial litigation and arbitration.
Formerly a litigator with Howrey, LLP, Amy has particular experience in commercial arbitration and most recently served as second chair in a lengthy arbitration involving complex government contract issues. She has dealt with insurance matters, including insurance settlement issues, and has worked on the defense of multi-plaintiff tort litigation.
Amy is also experienced in environmental law and products liability matters, especially those involving design defect suits and class actions.
