Experience
David L. Cole, Jr., a principal in the Construction and Litigation Groups at Ober|Kaler, represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers and design professionals in all aspects of construction law.
Dave’s representations include contract negotiations, domestic and international arbitrations, and commercial and industrial construction claims. He also handles litigation in commercial, industrial, heavy construction and public project matters, bid protests and mechanics’ lien matters. His practice also includes general civil litigation.
Dave is a past member of the board of directors of the University of Richmond School of Law. Dave has shared his knowledge of topical construction issues at business and educational forums. In addition, Dave serves as Ober|Kaler’s hiring principal and is chair of the firm’s hiring committee.
