Drew S. Tanenbaum

Experience

Drew S. Tanenbaum is an associate in Ober|Kaler's Finance Group. A former commercial banker and portfolio manager for two prominent, national financial institutions, he represents clients in a broad range of commercial and public finance transactions. Drew's experience includes the representation of issuers, underwriters and borrowers in a variety of taxable and tax-exempt bond financing transactions as well as the representation of clients in commercial financing transactions such as term loans, revolving lines of credit, real estate acquisition and construction transactions, and equipment purchase and lease transactions.

Drew also has significant experience advising clients on general corporate matters related to entity formation and affiliations, mergers and acquisitions, stock option and employee incentive plans, employment matters, succession planning, reorganizations, corporate governance, private placement of securities and general corporate planning for new and existing entities.
