James R. Worsley, Jr., a member of the Business and Tax Groups at Ober|Kaler, represents business clients in transactional matters including acquisitions and mergers, contract and lease negotiations, and secured and unsecured financing arrangements. He also provides counsel on estate planning and estate administration matters.
His government contracts practice includes boards of contract appeals proceedings, bid protests before the General Accounting Office, preparation and presentation of requests for equitable adjustment of government contracts and negotiations of disputes under truth in negotiation clauses.
James handles administrative filings and proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission and other government agencies.
