Experience
John J. "Jack" Eller is with Ober|Kaler’s Health Law Group. Jack’s health and hospital law practice has a particular emphasis on state and federal regulatory compliance activities, and certificate of need and health planning matters. His practice also includes business planning, conduct of corporate operations, client advocacy in adversarial situations, and litigation in formal and informal proceedings before administrative agencies and in court. He handles matters related to:

- Hospital, nursing home, ambulatory surgical center, home health agency, hospice and other health care facility operations

Jack has been with Ober|Kaler for more than 25 years. Previously, he served as the Director of Planning and Marketing at a large community hospital in the Baltimore, Maryland metropolitan area, and also as Acting Director of the New York Metropolitan Regional Medical Program, a federally-sponsored organization engaged in health planning and funding of health care demonstration projects. His background reflects a combination of legal, heath care industry, and governmental health care perspectives which permits a level of understanding and responsiveness to issues that is highly valued by clients.
