John S. Linehan


John "Jack" S. Linehan is an associate in Ober|Kaler's Health Law Group. He represents health care providers and suppliers of all types in government investigations, white collar defense matters and related litigation.

Jack brings an invaluable perspective to clients facing criminal and civil enforcement actions, particularly in matters involving the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

In addition, Jack advises hospitals, physicians, pharmacies, and other health care providers and suppliers on regulatory compliance matters and on federal and state fraud and abuse laws.
