Experience
Jonathan M. Holda, a principal in Ober|Kaler’s Intellectual Property Group, focuses his practice on counseling clients regarding business and intellectual property issues.
Jon handles licensing, distribution, leasing, software development, e-commerce, website use, employment, technology transfer, video game and motion picture development and joint venture relationships. He also counsels clients on the identification, protection, acquisition, use and registration of trademarks, copyrights, patents and other intellectual properties.
A registered professional engineer, Jon shares his legal experience and enthusiasm for new technology as member of the board of directors of the International Game Developers Association. He is also co-author of Ober|Kaler's blog on intellectual property issues, www.OberIPWatch.com.
