Experience
Kelly J. Davidson is an Ober|Kaler Litigation Group principal whose practice is focused on complex commercial and business litigation and government enforcement investigations.
Kelly’s practice includes litigation of putative class actions and multi-jurisdictional cases before U.S. federal and state courts across the nation. She is currently national counsel for a major pharmaceutical company in cases brought by various state Attorneys General and various classes related to asserting consumer protection and fraud-based claims relating to pharmaceutical pricing, marketing, and reimbursement. She currently serves as national liaison counsel in one of these matters.
