Kelly M. Preteroti is an associate in the Litigation Group at Ober|Kaler. Her practice is focused on general litigation matters for clients in the telecommunications, financial, construction, admiralty and health care industries. Kelly takes a creative and highly detail-oriented approach to litigation, while aggressively pursuing the rights of her clients. She is an experienced trial lawyer, practicing in both state and federal courts.
