Experience
Kevin P. LaTulip is an associate in the Ober|Kaler Finance Group. He represents lenders and lessors in a broad range of commercial finance transactions including documentation and negotiation of term loans, revolving credits and lease transactions. Kevin also assists financial institutions with forbearance agreements and related aspects of restructuring commercial transactions.
Much of Kevin’s work involves commercial transactions collateralized by real estate. As a result, he has developed significant experience in the evaluation and resolution of survey and title issues.
