Experience
Manfred W. Leckszas is a member of Ober|Kaler’s Admiralty and Maritime and Litigation Groups and focuses on international admiralty and maritime law.
A veteran litigator, Manfred has been representing insurance underwriters in every aspect of admiralty and maritime litigation in the federal court system for more than 35 years. He has represented client interests in courts of appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Manfred, who received his legal training in the U.S. and Germany, lectures on maritime subjects to bar and professional groups in the U.S. and abroad. He is the author of several articles for American and German publications. Since 1989, The Best Lawyers in America has included Manfred in its listings.
