Experience
Mark A. Stanley is a Health Law Group associate at Ober|Kaler who handles matters and advises clients concerning a variety of Medicare and Medicaid regulatory and reimbursement issues, including wage index, medical education, bad debt, DSH and claims issues. He has helped providers and physicians to successfully appeal Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement determinations before administrative law judges, the PRRB, and the Medicare Appeals Council.
Mark also has experience representing clients in a variety of transactional matters, including reviewing business arrangements for compliance with fraud and abuse laws, as well as secured and unsecured finance transactions and lease finances.
