Martha Purcell Rogers
Experience
Martha Purcell "Marty" Rogers is a member of Ober|Kaler’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense Group and the Health Law Group. With more than 30 years as a federal prosecutor and as a white-collar criminal defense attorney, Marty’s practice focuses on complex white-collar criminal defense with an emphasis in health care fraud and tax fraud matters.
Marty has extensive experience representing corporations, financial institutions, health care providers and individuals in all phases of investigation and litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States, including subpoena compliance, grand jury proceedings, plea negotiations and defense at trial and on appeal.
Her practice includes conducting internal investigations for corporations, advising corporations and individuals under investigation for violations of the False Claims Act and representing individuals under congressional investigation.
Marty has frequently shared her legal insight with viewers of "Court TV," "MSNBC," NBC Nightly News," CNN and Fox News programs.
