Experience

Saul B. Abrams is an associate in Ober|Kaler’s Business and Tax Groups. He helps national, regional and local clients optimize their approach to questions of corporate and tax law in both the planning and controversy contexts.

He has provided counsel on partnerships, real estate joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, federal and state tax credit syndication, and projects funded with financing enhanced by LIHTC, NMTC and other federal and state tax credits. He enjoys assisting clients in finding the specific structures and tax benefits that correspond to their business needs and strategies. Saul believes that with the proper guidance from an attorney, clients should be confident to pursue value and success with confidence that laws can work in their favor.

Saul is also experienced in working with large nonprofit educational, healthcare and charitable entities in structuring transactions to address tax ramifications specific to exempt organizations.
