Victoria Z. Sulerzyski
Experience
Victoria Z. Sulerzyski, an associate in the Ober|Kaler Estates and Trusts Group, works with a diverse group of clients, particularly those with special needs, in estate planning and administration matters. She handles wills, trusts, special needs trusts, guardianships, powers of attorney, advance directives and tax issues, including charitable giving.
A strong advocate for individuals with special needs, Victoria has testified before the United States Congress on medically fragile daycare issues, and before the Maryland General Assembly on various disability issues.
Victoria also represents children as a Maryland Disability Law Center (MDLC) pro bono attorney in special education matters and is the firm’s coordinator for the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service (MVLS) medical-legal partnership with Kennedy Krieger Institute and the Johns Hopkins Children Center Harriet Lane Clinic (known as Project Heal). An active member of several community organizations, she serves on the boards of the Kennedy Krieger Institute and PACT: Helping Children with Special Needs. She is immediate past chair of PACT's board of trustees.
