David Musgrave Appointed President-Elect of Turnaround Management Association's Chesapeake Chapter

BALTIMORE — April 3, 2008 David S. Musgrave, a principal in the law firm Ober|Kaler, has been appointed president-elect of the Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) Chesapeake Chapter. His term will begin June 1. A long-time TMA member, he also serves on the chapter’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Musgrave practices in Ober|Kaler’s Creditors' Rights, Workouts & Bankruptcy Group. He has more than 20 years experience in bankruptcy law and represents banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of creditors' rights matters. He is active in the American, Maryland and Virginia bar associations and serves on the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education. For the past two years, he has been named in Maryland Super Lawyers for Bankruptcy & Creditor / Debtor Rights.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.S., 1977) and University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., with honors, 1980), Mr. Musgrave resides in the Homewood community of Baltimore.
