BALTIMORE, MD June 10, 2011 Ober|Kaler is pleased to announce that two of its practice groups and eight of its attorneys have been ranked among the top in the nation in the 2011 edition of Chambers USA, a compilation of the country's most widely recommended law firms and lawyers.
