Kossman Appointed to AICPA's IRS Practice and Procedures Committee

Ober|Kaler tax lawyer Seth Kossman has been appointed to the IRS Practice and Procedures Committee of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).

The IRS Practice and Procedures Committee serves as AICPA's primary liaison with the Internal Revenue Service and works with that agency on various tax payer and tax practitioner issues, offering recommendations on all manner of tax administration matters.

A CPA and former tax accountant, Mr. Kossman handles tax planning, tax controversy, tax compliance and transactional matters. His clients include corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and individuals. He is a long-time member of AICPA and of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
