April 12, 2012

Health care decisions are difficult to make, and many caregivers struggle with their ability to comply with resident and family wishes, especially when there are differences. Join Howard Sollins as he presents this program that will examine LTC professionals' obligations and identify potential deficiencies for noncompliance. The speakers will also review implementation of MOLST.

Howard will be joined by co-presenters Paul Ballard, Maryland Assistant Attorney General, Counsel for Health Decisions Policy and the Office of Health Care Quality, and Tricia Nay, Medical Director of the Office of Health Care Quality.

The program is offered by the Health Facilities Association of Maryland.
