22nd Annual CLE National Institute on Health Care Fraud

Craig Holden and Sandy Teplitzky will be among the speakers at the American Bar Association's 22nd Annual CLE National Institute on Health Care Fraud.

Craig will present "Advanced Stark Law and Compliance." Sandy's presentations will include "Anti-kickback Developments" and "Workshop for Defense Counsel and In-House Counsel – Substantive Review of FCA Cases and Settlements; US v Stryker Biotech (D. Ma.) and the Basis for Dismissal of Criminal Charges and Individuals and the Organization."
