Dog Bite Case Nets Widespread Media Coverage

The Maryland Court of Appeals case in which the court ruled that owners of pit bull, or mixed breed pit bulls, and landlords who allow tenants to have such dogs are strictly liable for damages resulting from the dog’s attack has received widespread press coverage.
Ober|Kaler litigator Kevin Dunne represented the pit bull attack victim in this case, Dominic Solesky. Kevin was assisted by associate Matt Vocci.
