Davis Named Secretary of Board of South Baltimore Learning Center

Finance lawyer Darlene Davis has been named Secretary of the Board of Directors of the South Baltimore Learning Center, a community based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the self-sufficiency of educationally disadvantaged adults. Darlene will serve as secretary for the 2012-2013 term. She also chairs the SBLC fund development committee and is a past gala co-chair.
