Ober|Kaler’s Health Law Group represents pharmaceutical manufacturers on a variety of Medicare and Medicaid compliance issues. These include price-reporting rules relating to Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Best Price (BP) and Average Sale Price (ASP). We also provide advice with respect to compliance with the Medicare/Medicaid Anti-Kickback statute in marketing, co-promotion agreements and patient assistance programs.
