• Assisting in the transfer of executives and other employees from overseas parent or subsidiary companies to the United States
• Providing guidance to those investing in or trading with the United States on compliance with relevant treaties
• Obtaining lawful permanent resident status for foreign-born employees, including detailed guidance through the labor certification or National Interest Waiver process
• Assisting exchange visitors, students, tourists, religious workers and business visitors with visa and travel issues
• Petitioning for employment authorization for employees in specialty occupations, including labor condition applications and prevailing wage determinations
• Representing individuals and companies in all manner of proceedings before the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the United States Information Agency
• Aiding employer compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act (work authorization issues)
• Interceding with United States Consuls overseas on a variety of matters related to visa issuance
