Summer Associates

Rewarding careers begin at Ober|Kaler. Our summer associate program is designed for summer associates to get a “real world” view of our firm. Intensive, challenging and rewarding, our program offers summers exposure to a variety of disciplines, practices and attorneys.

Candidates are selected each year to experience what Ober|Kaler’s all about. Most come from regional law schools and the majority of our summer associates have ties to the mid-Atlantic area.

Our summer associates receive meaningful, interesting assignments from a pool of firm-wide opportunities. They get a chance to put their research skills to work in a client-facing environment and benefit from the knowledge shared by our associates and principals.

At the end of each year’s eight- to ten-week program, the majority of summer associates come away with a solid understanding of our firm and why Ober|Kaler is the right place for them – personally and professionally.
