Emily H. WeinIn this issue of the Health Law Alert, we welcome Emily H. Wein. Emily is working with health care providers on a range of issues including hospital and physician reimbursement, Medicare fraud and abuse, certification, financings, antitrust, medical staff issues, contracts and tax issues. She is a graduate of Villanova University (B.A., 1998) and the University of Maryland (J.D./M.B.A., 2003). Emily is resident in our Baltimore office.
