From the Editor

This issue of Lending and Leasing focuses on a variety of topical issues in banking and equipment leasing. Throughout the year we will publish several editions that highlight current issues and events. Please feel free to give us a call regarding any banking or equipment leasing issues that you would like to see addressed in this publication.

We have certain new additions to our Group: Bruce Jurist joins Ober|Kaler's Tax Department with a significant expertise in municipal finance. His practice focuses on the structure and analysis of financial transactions including municipal bond issuances, municipal leasing and equipment and facility leasing transactions. Mr. Jurist has 15 years of experience providing clients with corporate and international tax planning, providing advice on a wide range of general business matters. Abby Kelman is a first-year associate who will be serving as the Associate Editor of Lending and Leasing. Her practice areas include corporate law and commercial and equipment finance.
