Ken is co-chair of the firm's Business & Tax Group. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, security matters and general business representation. Ken has extensive experience in preparing public and private offering documents and drafting and negotiating asset and stock purchase agreements, merger agreements, employment agreements, non-competition agreements, stockholders' agreements, business contracts and business organizational documents, including corporate, limited liability and limited partnership documents. Ken has particular experience in Maryland corporate law.
