Ken has extensive experience in preparing public and private offering documents and drafting and negotiating asset and stock purchase agreements, merger agreements, employment agreements, non-competition agreements, stockholders' agreements, business contracts and business organizational documents, including corporate, limited liability and limited partnership documents. Ken has particular experience in Maryland corporate law. |
