Saul is an associate in Ober|Kaler's Business & Tax Group. His practice includes tax controversy and planning issues involving partnerships, real estate joint ventures, corporate mergers and acquisitions, federal and state tax credit syndication, and other federal and state tax matters. Saul has assisted national, regional and local businesses in the negotiation and structuring of real estate acquisition and development transactions, and projects funded with financing enhanced by LIHTC, NMTC and other federal and state tax credits. Saul has also represented large nonprofit educational, healthcare and charitable entities in structuring transactions to address tax ramifications specific to exempt organizations.
