As a principal and member of the Litigation Group, Harold represents businesses and individuals in the state and federal courts of Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland. He practices all aspects of commercial, corporate and civil litigation, with an emphasis on creditors' rights and remedies, financial services litigation, title disputes, enforcement of employment agreements and restrictive covenants, and employment law. Harold also represents clients in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Harold is a member of the FINRA Dispute Resolution's roster of approved arbitrators.

Harold is a member of Ober|Kaler's Employment & Labor and Creditors' Rights, Workouts & Bankruptcy Groups. He is resident in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
