  Experience  

Harold, a principal and a member of Ober|Kaler's Litigation, Creditors' Rights, Workouts & Bankruptcy, and Employment & Labor Groups, represents clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation in a broad range of business issues.

Harold's practice focuses on representing financial institutions in the defense of statutory and common law consumer lending practices claims; title disputes; enforcement of loan documents, financing agreements, security agreements and commercial leases; bankruptcy disputes; and other creditors' rights matters.

He also represents large and small clients in protecting their interests in employment and business matters. Harold has litigated employee defection and recruitment claims, wrongful discharge claims, discrimination claims, wage/hour disputes, employee contract and compensation disputes, defamation claims, non-competition and trade secret agreements, and other business-related torts in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration.

Harold regularly practices in the state and federal courts of Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland and has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous jurisdictions. He is also a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Dispute Resolution's roster of approved arbitrators.
