Patrick K. Cameron, a principal with Ober|Kaler, represents asset-based lenders, financial institutions and other business creditors in a full range of commercial financing transactions. Such transactions typically include revolving credit, term loan and letter of credit facilities, senior and subordinated debt transactions, construction and permanent loan financings, debtor-in possession loans, restructurings and out-of-court loan workouts.
Patrick also has extensive experience in financing of a wide variety of transportation assets and projects, including vessels of every kind and description, containers and related equipment and locomotives and railroad rolling stock.
In addition, Patrick has represented numerous national and regional banks and other financial institutions on a variety of healthcare financing transactions including acquisition financing, construction financing and working capital financing.
In recent years, he has been involved in representing various corporate entities and mezzanine lenders in various corporate / corporate finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, debt and equity offerings, both secured and unsecured (including warrants) and joint venture arrangements.

Served as special maritime counsel to a major national bank in connection with a $250,000,000 nationally syndicated revolving credit facility for a large Baltimore based tug and barge operator
Served as maritime counsel to a global financial services conglomerate in connection with numerous vessel financings with customers throughout the U.S. – both construction and permanent financing – loans aggregating between $150,000,000-$250,000,000
Served as transaction counsel to a multi-national provider of goods and services to the nuclear power industry in connection with its acquisition of various companies and joint venture arrangements with a large crane manufacturer
Served as transaction counsel to a $300,000,000 private equity mezzanine fund in connection with various financings, including recapitalization of a large governmental contractor in the D.C. area; acquisition of the stock of a Massachusetts manufacturer of large industrial dryers; and acquisition of the assets and certain liabilities of the automotive division of a large engineering / manufacturing company in St. Paul, Minnesota
