Dave represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, and design professionals in handling all aspects of construction law, including contract negotiation, domestic and international arbitration matters, construction claims matters (commercial and industrial), litigation in commercial, industrial, heavy construction and public project matters, bid protest matters, and mechanic's lien matters. Dave's practice also includes general civil litigation. In addition, Dave serves as the firm's Hiring Principal and is chair of its Hiring Committee.
