Formerly an electronic design and software engineer, Roy is a practicing patent attorney representing scientists, engineers and technology-oriented companies in protecting, defending and commercializing their intellectual property. He has over twenty years experience in patent procurement, licensing and transactions, and all phases of patent litigation including District Court proceedings and Federal Circuit appeals, as well as trademark, copyright, trade dress, and trade secret issues.
