Rich has over thirty years of experience representing equipment finance and leasing companies and commercial banks in all aspects of financing transactions, including lease financing of equipment through true leases, leases for security and synthetic leases, secured and unsecured lines of credit, term loans, demand loans, letters of credit, asset-based lending, commercial and residential real estate loans, including acquisition, development and construction financing, multi-state transactions, all aspects of public financing (including municipal lease financing), multi-party transactions, workouts and restructurings; the syndication of those transactions through assignment or the sale of participation interests; and preparation and negotiation of all relevant documentation.
