A principal in Ober|Kaler, Leslie concentrates on health law, with extensive experience in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and regulatory issues, including PPS, wage index, TEFRA, medical education, DSH, ESRD, capital costs and cost allocation, as well as claims issues. She regularly represents clients before the Provider Reimbursement Review Board, CMS Administrator, ALJs and federal courts. Leslie is involved in the development of health care corporate compliance plans and the preparation of legal reviews involving the purchase of health care entities. Her client representation includes hospitals, home health agencies, ESRD facilities, physician practice groups, laboratories and skilled nursing facilities.
