  Experience  

A principal in Ober|Kaler, Leslie concentrates on health law, with over 20 years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and regulatory issues, including PPS, wage index, bad debt, quality data, medical education, DSH, ESRD, TEFRA, capital costs and cost allocation, as well as claims issues. She regularly represents clients before the Provider Reimbursement Review Board, CMS Administrator, ALJs and federal courts. Leslie also provides advice to clients on Medicare-related fraud and abuse issues involving alleged improper billing and fraudulent cost reports. Her client representation regularly includes hospitals, home health agencies, ESRD facilities and skilled nursing facilities.
