George has practiced law since 1986 advising business entities on corporate matters and representing financial institutions and leasing companies in commercial transactions.

George represents financial institutions, equipment leasing companies and other lenders in workouts and restructurings, in the financing of aircraft, vessels and railroad rolling stock, and in acquisition, construction and permanent financings, asset based financings, working capital financings, health care financings and tax-exempt financings.

George represents business and nonprofit entities ranging from telecommunication companies to hospitals and other health care organizations in various corporate and commercial matters, including joint ventures, private and public financings (taxable and tax-exempt), mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, real property leasing and intellectual property licensing.
