Adam's practice focuses on fiduciary litigation where he provides litigation support for contested fiduciary matters and counsels estate administrators on their responsibilities and liabilities. Adam also provides counsel on various estate administration and planning matters including drafting wills, advance directives, and powers of attorney. His practice also involves advising nonprofit organizations on the fiduciary responsibilities of directors.
