  Experience  

Representing health care providers, manufacturers, and researchers, Paul advises clients in all aspects of health law, from corporate compliance counseling to reimbursement litigation. He assists clients on Medicare enrollment and billing matters, coverage and coding issues, and government audits and investigations. He counsels clients on improving existing or structuring new business arrangements for compliance with fraud and abuse laws. Having worked on reimbursement, fraud and abuse, privacy, and clinical research issues from the patient, provider, payor, and government perspectives, he possesses a uniquely comprehensive knowledge of and experience with the health care industry.
