Kevin represents lenders and lessors in a broad range of commercial finance transactions. His experience includes documentation and negotiation of term loans, revolving credits and lease transactions. He also assists clients with forbearance agreements and related aspects of restructuring commercial transactions on behalf of financial institutions. Much of Kevin's work involves commercial transactions collateralized by real estate. As a result, he has developed significant experience in the evaluation and resolution of survey and title issues.
