With more than 20 years experience in bankruptcy law, David represents banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of creditors' rights matters. He advises and litigates on behalf of secured and unsecured creditors, primarily in loan workouts, financings, contract disputes and related matters. His representation includes commercial loan documentation, and creation and perfection of security interests in personal property.
David provides counsel on an array of financial matters, including commercial and corporate finance, and commercial real estate.
