Steve's practice centers on securities and corporate law, with a particular emphasis in venture capital investments and mergers and acquisitions. Steve represents both public and private entities in securities and corporate matters. He also provides nonprofit entities with legal due diligence related to a broad range of possible venture capital and other investments. He counsels small business investment companies in connection with investments and resales of securities.
