Jeff's practice includes domestic and international litigation, arbitration, contract negotiation and related services in engineering and construction matters. He represents contractors, subcontractors, owners, sureties and design professionals. He has been specially admitted to courts across the country in complex cases. Jeff holds a degree in mechanical engineering and practiced as a nuclear engineer at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia. He brings to his law practice experience as an on-site engineer on shipboard power plant projects.
Jeff is a Court Approved Mediator for contract and commercial disputes in Baltimore City Circuit Court, Baltimore County Circuit Court and Howard County Circuit Court.
He has an "A-V" rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
