Chelsea is an associate in Ober|Kaler's White Collar Criminal Defense and Health Law Groups where she handles all phases of fraud investigation and litigation matters, including grand jury proceedings, pretrial motions and hearings, and defense at trial and on appeal. She also advises health care providers on fraud and abuse issues and matters arising out of the False Claims Act. A former Assistant Attorney General in the Ohio Attorney General's Health Care Fraud and Special Prosecutions Sections, she has particular experience in Workers' Compensation and Medicaid Fraud matters, as well as state and federal appellate experience, and has argued before the Ohio Supreme Court.
