  Experience  

An experienced Commercial Law attorney, Connie handles the negotiation and documentation of commercial agreements for the purchase and sale of goods and services, the preparation of standard terms and business transactions generally.

Connie has considerable experience in matters involving the Uniform Commercial Code and its application to a wide range of transactions. He has chaired UCC Drafting Committees and serves on the UCC Permanent Editorial Board.

In matters of government contracts law, Connie negotiates and bids on contracts, processes claims and handles dispute resolution. He provides counsel on compliance with FAR and other contract regulations and statutes.

Connie also handles environmental law issues (including the negotiation of agreements, voluntary remediation and consent orders with state environmental agencies and the EPA) and advises on estate planning matters.

Connie also provides estate planning including wills, trusts and administration of estates in Virginia and Washington, D.C.
