As part of the Fiduciary Litigation Group, Alexis provides litigation support for contested fiduciary matters. Alexis also handles a wide variety of estate planning matters including drafting trusts, wills, advance directives, and powers of attorney. Her practice also includes estate and gift taxation issues, estate administration as well as charitable planning.
