	Experience				John co-chairs Ober\|Kaler's Complex Civil Litigation Group, where he focuses his practice on complex business litigation including antitrust, business torts, trade secrets, non-compete and other civil litigation claims. As counsel, he regularly appears in federal and state courts. John's antitrust representation includes civil and government investigations and compliance with Hart-Scott-Rodino Premerger reporting requirements.
