Chris is a business and tax lawyer concentrating in the areas of business and private aircraft transactions as well as issues relating to federal and state taxation and regulation of business and private aircraft ownership and operations. His practice also encompasses general business planning and implementation strategies, including choice of entity and ownership structures, structuring and negotiating mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations of business entities; tax-free exchanges; and general business and commercial real estate transactions.
