The Ober|Kaler Construction Group represents clients involved in the design/build, environmental remediation, engineering and construction phases of a variety of public works and infrastructure projects in the United States, the Caribbean and the Middle East.
Our attorneys also represent contractors engaged in bridge, highway, subway, public building, potable water and sewage treatment facility, convention center, stadium, airport expansion and government multi-unit housing construction projects. We also work with developers and underwriters of telecommunications systems located in the United States and in emerging economies throughout the world. These telecommunications ventures include establishing earth-satellite stations, and fiber-optic companies and international transmission facilities.
Our experience also includes representing the Ministry of Housing of the Government of Egypt – the owner (employer) agency responsible for all provincial water and wastewater facilities in Egypt – on multiple United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded potable water and wastewater treatment projects.
